Marina Darje, a family-run establishment located on the seafront, is looking for a Grilladin / Grilladine.
You will be involved in preparing the pizzas and handing them over to the team of servers.
- Preparing the dough and ingredients.
- Making and baking pizzas.
- Managing the wood-fired oven and respecting cooking times.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Inventory management and goods receiving.
- Working in coordination with the kitchen team.
Non-residential position – Salary according to profile – Contract from May/June to September, possibly longer depending on summer activity.
