You carry out your grilling duties.
You are involved in preparing the grills and delivering them to the team of servers.
- Prepare food for grilling.
- Heat the grill and make sure it is clean.
- Cook meats, fish and vegetables according to customer requests.
- Ensure food is cooked correctly and safely.
- Clean and maintain the grill and kitchen.
- Prepare sauces and side dishes for meals.
- Manage food inventory and place orders for missing ingredients.
